If you are having issues viewing your sky channels please read threw and send us the relevant information from the check list below:

 

1. Is channel 5 (105) working?

 

2. Is Sky News (501) working?

 

3. Is Sky 1 (106) working?

 

4. Are Sports / Movies (401 / 301) working?

 

 

If any of the answers to the above is NO please take a picture of the error screen and forward it to us at nws@orange.fr along with a picture of the system details which you can retrieve by following the steps below 

 

 

For non HD boxes:

Press the services button on your sky remote control followed by number 4 then 5 then select

 

For HD boxes:

Press the services button on your sky remote control followed by 0 then 3 then select
